Abstract

Basic articles and characteristics of X, Y, Z and alpha generations are included in the article.

The generation is determined by the coexistence of people, born in the course of approximately 20 years, during which its representatives stand with different key historical events and social events. e. they perpetuate another kind of "transgression", they separate common beliefs and models of behavior (archetypes) and they express a sense of belonging to a given generation.
